Most people see lasting change within 6–12 sessions. Simple issues like smoking or a specific phobia often resolve in 1–5 sessions. Complex or longer-term challenges may need 8–12. We'll agree a plan together at your free consultation — no one is ever pushed into more sessions than they need.
Yes — £65 per session (vs £75 standard) for military personnel and veterans, blue light / emergency services workers, teachers and school staff, and under 16s. Please mention your eligibility when booking.
Give at least 48 hours' notice and we'll reschedule you at no charge. Less than 48 hours' notice means the full fee applies, as that slot could have been offered to someone else. Genuine emergencies or sudden illness are always excepted — just call and we'll work something out.
Yes — we accept cash, bank transfer, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken 1 week in advance of each session, or in full for block bookings.
Yes — online video sessions are exactly the same price and just as effective. Many clients find them more convenient. You can mix and match — some in-person at the Swindon clinic, some online — whatever works best for you.
